In order to receive an Absentee Ballot, you must first complete an Absentee Ballot Application. Applications must be returned in hard copy to the District Clerk's office with the ORIGINAL SIGNATURE. We cannot accept a completed application via e-mail without an original signature. Upon receipt of the application with signature, the applicant's name will be checked to make sure they are a registered voter, at which time the ballot will be mailed out to them.
