The Human Resources Department provides comprehensive personnel services to support staff throughout their careers with the district. This includes recruitment and hiring, certification and onboarding, attendance and leave administration, benefits coordination, labor relations, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements.
