The Oyster Bay-East Norwich School District and Athletic Department is proud to announce that all nine NYSPHSAA Varsity teams in the fall season have achieved Scholar Athlete Team status. To receive Scholar-Athlete team recognition with a certificate, the average GPA of the top 75% of the roster must be greater than or equal to 90.00. Students with a GPA below 90 may be included in the average, but those individuals will not receive a Scholar-Athlete pin.

Although our Varsity Cheerleading, Varsity Sailing and Varsity Crew teams are not eligible for the Scholar Athlete Team through the NYSPHSAA pathway, we are excited to announce that they have also met the NYSPHSAA scholar athlete team standards.

We are incredibly proud of our Student-Athletes for their dedication to excellence in the classroom and in their sports and a special thank you to all the Coaches and Administration who support our student-athletes all year long.
